The CHILD Lab is directed by Dr. Bruce D. Homer. Our research interests include:
- The design and use of video games for learning
- The role of language in children’s cognitive development and symbolic abilities
- The design and use of computer-based multimedia environments for learning
We frequently collaborate on research and projects with the Center for Research and Evaluation of Advanced Technologies in Education (CREATE) at New York University, directed by Dr. Jan L. Plass.
